The Beginning
Born From a Second Chance
Lyfe Cafe was founded by uncle-nephew duo Gino Riccio and Dimitri Pantzos. The name “Lyfe” carries real meaning -- it comes from Gino overcoming a serious illness and being given a second chance at life.
That gratitude became the foundation for everything we do. We're not just serving food -- we're spreading life and really good food to our community, one plate at a time.
With backgrounds in the restaurant industry (Pizza Lyfe, Quattro Pazzi, Organika), we brought that same standard to a cafe setting: restaurant-quality food with creative dishes that appeal to those with elevated tastes.
No Shortcuts
Everything Made From Scratch
We spent nearly a year perfecting our recipes before opening the doors. Every item on our menu is made fresh, in-house, with ingredients we'd serve to our own families.
A1 Pinnacle Matcha
Sourced from a special farm in Japan where no pesticides are used. Beyond ceremonial grade -- the highest quality matcha available.
Proprietary Coffee Blend
Custom roasted by Quartertone Coffee Roasters in Ridgefield, CT. A proprietary blend crafted exclusively for Lyfe Cafe.
Imported French Butter
Our croissants are made with imported French butter. Nearly a year of perfecting the recipe to get them right.
Free-Range Eggs & Premium Beef
We use free-range eggs and premium beef across our menu. No shortcuts on ingredients.

From stacked breakfast sandwiches on house-baked croissants to grain bowls, burritos, and specialty wraps -- our menu is built for people who care about what they eat.
Our drink program is just as intentional. A1 Pinnacle Matcha from Japan, a proprietary coffee blend roasted locally by Quartertone in Ridgefield, CT, and creative smoothies that have become a signature of the Lyfe Cafe experience.
We're open seven days a week, 7 AM to 4 PM, serving breakfast and lunch to the Westport community. 10% off for Staples High School students -- because supporting our neighborhood means supporting the next generation too.
